Drylining involves covering an internal wall or ceiling with plasterboard instead of using traditional hard plaster. This method results in a smooth surface that is ready for immediate decoration.
In addition to our drylining service, we provide a full carpentry service to address all woodwork requirements needed to prepare the area before the drylining begins.
This method allows for quick and efficient flooring installation. The sand and cement screed is pre-mixed and pumped into the designated area, enabling us to cover up to 1,000 m² in a single day. The result is a smooth, durable surface.
We are a local business, hiring from the community we serve, while also having a broad geographic reach. We work with clients across all London boroughs, the East Midlands, and Anglia, handling projects that range from major corporate developers to private bespoke projects.
We specialize in all aspects of drylining, including plasterboard installation, metal ceilings, metal stud walls, screeding, skimming, tape jointing, and machine rendering. In addition to drylining, we also offer comprehensive decorating services. Through our sister company, Juniper Carpentry, we provide full carpentry services, with many clients opting for a combined package.
Our dedicated construction and commercial teams support clients from the initial enquiry through to project completion, followed by a comprehensive aftercare package. Each project has a dedicated GCM Services Ltd manager and point of contact, fully focused on delivering service excellence, meeting tight deadlines, and ensuring clear, efficient communication with our clients.
